Elleeplex Profusion Oxidant 2% Developer 

The Oxidant 2% by Elleebana will allow you to confidently mix tints for lash and brow laminations, that is a gentle oxidant that is safe and gentle around the eyes, while producing brilliant colour and long lasting results. 

Elleeplex Profusion Creme Oxidant developer is a stabilised creme with a unique formulation making it gentle on clients and mixing with Profusion tints a breeze. Made with a lower oxidant percentage, this decrease does not affect the results of the mixture. Instead, a gentler formula is produced that is safe for all skin types, while mixing tints into a creamy, smooth consistency, bringing the vibrant colour to life.

This item is sold in a large 100 ml bottle with a dropper for easy dispensing. Over a 1000 applications can be achieved!

HOW TO USE

Shake well before use. Mix Elleeplex 2% Oxidant with Elleeplex Profusion Tints in a 1:1 ratio in a glass bowl, or non metallic container.
