RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Beauty House Shop cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations. In addition, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are experiencing any issues related to your order, please see below for more information. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged item, or received an incorrect/missing product, please email us shop@thebeautyhouse.ca within 7 days after receiving your order. Please provide your order number, along with an attached photo and/or video of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

ISSUES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.

If you have a complaint, or are experiencing any issues with an item, please contact us as early as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

RETURNS

If you would like to make a return or exchange on an item that is unopened, unused and received within 7 days upon delivery, please contact us and we will asses the circumstance. This includes customer error in selecting the wrong product(s). 

If we approve and accept the return/exchange, the return shipping fee will be at the expense of the customer. We sadly do not provide free returns at this time. 

Please be advised that all cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Beauty House Shop reserves the right to decline return or/and refund, as well as make exceptions to our exchange and refund policy based on the case. 

RETURNED TO SENDER

If a shipment is returned to us due to the following circumstances;

  • Entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building/ suite/ unit number
  • Not collecting package in a timely manner from post office or drop off location
  • Failure to pay customs fees or sign for package
  • Mistakes in the product(s) selected

We will either issue a refund, deducting a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Or if you would like your package reshipped, a new shipping fee will be applied.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments of any kind at this time. Thank you for your understanding. 

SHIPPING, RETURNS & INSURANCE

SHIPPING

 

Please note, during the Canada Post strike, we will be using alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator etc.

 

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 for Canada and the USA. 

 

Free Shipping Exceptions: If there is a sale event, the free shipping minimum will be increased to $100 for Canada & USA. 

 

Worldwide Shipping: Shipping fees will vary for each country, and additional fees may apply. Delivery times can range from 3-16 business days.

 

NOTE: International orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to customs fees. All customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for any additional charges once your package has left our facility.

 

Wholesale & Distribution Shipping: Shipping fees will vary depending on the size of the package and the destination country. Unfortunately, our free shipping minimum does not apply to wholesale orders. The shipping fee will be quoted on top.

 

RETURNS
