Thermal Film for Lashes & Brows by Noemi
The Thermo Film by Noemi is applied to the lotions during the eyebrow and eyelash lift treatment and enhances the effect.
This creates a slight warmth that improves the penetration of the lotions. The foil keeps the eyebrows in their desired shape while the lotions are taking effect. It's also great for stubborn hair. The advantage of this foil is that you don't need any glue for a brow lift.
It can be used during brow, lash lifts treatments and tattooing procedures. Each roll is 200 metres in length and 42mm wide and is completely clear.
