The Silicone Palette Master Tools by Noemi helps you prepare and portion out the products you need for lash lifting. This palette helps you reduce the consumption of your lifting solutions by up to 30%. 

Compartments:

1. Glue for lash lift (ideal with Lami Glue Balm)
2. Permanent gel (step 1)
3. Neutralizing cream (step 2)
4. Repairing serum (step 3, to be applied after dyeing)
5. Dyeing and oxidizing
