Dye and Brow Henna Remover by Noemi 

The Remover by Noemi was formulated to remove dye from the brow area during and after tint application. 

This Remover is an indispensable product for those who carry out eyelash and eyebrow tinting treatments. The remover effectively removes colour impurities from the skin or to remove applied colour from the skin in and around the eyebrows. It can also be used to correct eyebrows that are too dark in some areas, allowing you to reduce the intensity of the colour by 1-2 shades.

HOW TO USE

Apply the Noemi Remover on a cotton pad or cotton swab and remove the dye from the desired area. Then wipe the same area with a wet cotton round/tip.
