The Powder Pencil by Noemi is ideal for drawing and mapping the eyebrows before waxing and tinting, or as a stand alone eyebrow makeup finish.

Crafted with precision and expertise, these pencils are perfect for enhancing and shaping eyebrows. Can also be used to fill in brows between appointments.

The pencil’s pigmentation closely matches the natural eyebrow color, allowing for an elegant and precise eyebrow definition while effectively filling in any sparse areas or gaps.

HOW TO USE 

1) Define the eyebrows before the shaping and tinting service.

2) Fill in the eyebrows with the pencil in short upward strokes. If necessary, blend with a brush.
