Hybrid Lash Tint for Eyelashes & Eyebrows with Henna Extract by Noemi

The Lash Dye by Noemi is a brand new hybrid tint with a care formula that is specially designed for colouring the lashes. The 5 shades of colours have been specifically formulated with lashes in mind! 

This product not only colours the hair and creates a beautiful stain on the skin but it contains nourishing ingredients which will help strengthen, protect the hair and stimulate its growth. This tint is infused with Henna Extract, Olive Oil, Green Tea, and Aloe Vera. The formula simplifies the tinting process, ensuring pure colours without unwanted tones.

The PH value is 9-10, which means that it penetrates through the hair making the dyes last for about 5 to 6 weeks on the hair, and up to 8 days on the skin providing an intense final result.

Noemi Lash Dye is the perfect pair with lash lift services, and safe for post lamination. Noemi Dye contains Henna Extract which is not to be confused with Henna Pigment. Henna Extract is perfectly safe to use in combination with lamination.

The Lash Dye can also be used on eyebrows as well.

HOW TO USE 

Mix the Lash Dye with the Noemi Developer in the Mixing Ratio: 1:1 (Solution : Dye). Mix until creamy consistency is obtained. Apply mixture to eyelashes or eyebrows and leave on for 10-15 minutes.
