The Noemi Vitamin Filler for Lash & Brow contains top vitamins for eyelashes and eyebrows.
The Lash & Brow Vitamin was specially developed to provide lashes and brow hairs with maximum care and nutrition. After a lift, it supplies important nutrients to dry and damaged eyelashes.
In addition to hydrolyzed keratin proteins and hydrolyzed jojoba proteins, it contains functional ingredients: 3 vitamins (A, B, E) and 1 provitamin (B5) as well as 3 natural oils. A working energy formula for the lashes.
The Cream Filler Hot Pink provides maximum nourishment and care for the eyelashes and eyebrows. The formula completely repairs damaged hair and gives a plump and even structure.
It also forms a strong molecular film on the lashes, giving them volume and protecting them from external aggressions. Contains pea proteins, vitamin B5, vitamin E and olive oil.

To be used between step 2 & 3 of brow lamination or as a treatment on its own.
1) Apply a small amount over the entire length of the lashes, 1-2 mm from the root of the lashes, with the microbrush.
2) After 3-5 minutes, remove the lotion with a Q-tip. Brush your eyelashes well with an eyelash brush.
