Intense Step 1.5 (After Step 1 Only) for Lash Lift & Brow Lamination by Noemi

Introducing Intense Step 1.5 by Noemi, a new innovation in the area of lash lifts and brow lamination. 

Intense Step 1.5 is applied between Step 1 and 2 of lamination. Unlike cream fillers and serums, Noemi Intense penetrates the opened hair follicles and protects hairs against the harsh chemicals in Step 1.

This intensive step is ideal for thin eyelashes and eyebrows, for regular users of lash lifting and eyebrow lamination as well as for those with damaged hair. This groundbreaking product revolutionizes the care and regeneration of eyelashes and eyebrows. 

The way it works is as unique as it is effective: After the first step of the lifting (perming, Step 1), the hair scales are opened. This is where the Intense Lotion comes in by injecting moisture, peptides, beeswax, shea butter, vitamins and other ingredients deep into the eyelashes and eyebrows. This minimizes and protects the damage caused by the permanent wave agent.

What makes Noemi Intense Step 1.5 special is the combination of ingredients such as argan oil, panthenol, castor oil and hyaluronic acid. These ingredients ensure repair, and a beautiful, shiny look. The eyelashes become more resilient, elastic and stronger, which prevents breakage. 

The difference to lash fillers, serums and other care products for "lamination" is that Noemi Intense Step 1.5 penetrates the opened hair scales and protects against the chemical Step 1, while other care products serve to seal the closed hair scales and to form a protective layer, called lamination.

HOW TO USE 

Can be used in 2 ways:

1) After the first step, apply a thick layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion to the eyelashes or eyebrows and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.

2) If your eyelashes or eyebrows still look healthy, apply a thin layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion after the first step and leave it on for 2 minutes. You don't need to remove them, you can apply the setting lotion immediately.
