Glue Balm Strong by Noemi has a new and stronger formula than the classic Glue Balm.
This strong hold, glue balm version features a new formula and consistency. The formula is enriched with vitamins and nutrients that prevent the eyelashes from drying out, while not completely drying during the treatment. This ensures that adjustments can be made during the application, while being able to work slightly slower than with a classic lash lift glue.
The revolutionary Glue Balm Strong is a hybrid glue without glue - but it works like glue to attach the lashes to the silicone pad.

1) Apply a generous amount of Glue Balm Strong to the lashes with a brush.
2) Wrap lashes onto the shield.
3) You can apply another thin layer to the ends only.
