Noemi Developer Corrector 0% by Noemi 

The Solution Corrector 0% by Noemi is a revolutionary product in the world of eyebrow and eyelash tinting! This developer is formulated without hydrogen peroxide. This will allow you to have control in creating the desired percentage of the oxidizing agent for tinting eyebrows and eyelashes.

It can be added to the 3% developer after lamination or when tinting eyelashes. This makes the tinting process more gentle.

When mixed with other oxidizing agents, 0% Oxidant Corrector reduces the percentage of hydrogen peroxide. The chemical composition of the Noemi oxidants remains unchanged, while enhancing their cosmetic effect.

The formula contains soothing and moisturizing components, as it positively impacts the hair and achieves a wonderful cosmetic effect during tinting.

HOW TO USE

0% Corrector: Mix the 0% corrector in the required proportion with a Noemi Developer of a higher percentage. Then observe the mixing ratios by blending the obtained oxide with the dye in a 1:1 ratio.

Example: Mix 1:1 with Noemi Solution 6% to get a 3% developer. Or mixed with Noemi Solution 3% you get 1.5%. You determine the strength yourself.
