Eyebrow Primer by Noemi 

The Brow Primer by Noemi was specially designed to prep the eyebrows before dye application. This primer gently and effectively prepares the eyebrow area for the tinting procedure to ensure best results and longer pigment retention. It removes leftover make up residues, and cleanses the skin and hair without the drying them out or leaving a greasy or sticky film. It is highly recommended to implement this step before each treatment to achieve flawless final results, and allows the dye to appear more natural on the hair and skin.

HOW TO USE

Spray twice on the eyebrows making sure the entire length of the eyebrows is covered. Remove with a cotton round and ensure the eyebrows and surrounding area is completely wiped off. Do not rinse off.
