Flex Hybrid Shields - M/L Curl by Elleebana

The Flex Hybrid Shields by Elleebana is the latest lash lift shield design that offers the perfect balance between a dramatic lift of a shield and the natural curvature of a rod.

With a round rod base and a straight upward lift, it prevents over-curling while speeding up application. The ultra supple silicone is much more moldable, providing a comfortable and custom fit for a multitude of eye shapes.

This material truly assists with the shield placement during the lifting service and does not require adhesive on the back to hold in place. Clients who have concerns about using adhesive on their eyelid skin have noted that lash lifting is becoming increasingly comfortable. With the well-fitting silicone shields, the entire service is much more enjoyable. This also aids to speed up the application time.

The Hybrid shape of these shields is asymmetrical in design, with the inner corner of the shield not reflecting the same shape or design as the outer section of the shield. A distinctive combination of a round rod at the base of the shield giving an outward curvature from the lash line, but with the body of the shield extending directly upward instead of curling back into the traditional C curl. This unique design of these shields offer the best of both worlds for lash shape creation. 

The straight upward design gives length to the lashes and prevents over curling (not over processing, two very different lash lift factors). Crafted from the finest materials for guaranteed durability and impeccable performance, as long as proper cleaning techniques are followed. These shields are also easy to identify, thanks to size markings on the back, making your workflow simpler.

HOW TO USE

1) Anchor the front of the shield to the inner corner of the eye.

2) Place the shield so the edge is flush along the lash line.

3) Gently hold in place for a moment and allow to adhere.

Cleaning Methods

To maintain the longevity of your Flex Hybrid Shields, follow the same cleaning process as with your Flex Rods or Flex Shields. Silicone can stain when exposed to tint, so it’s essential to rinse the shields immediately after tinting to minimize discoloration.

 1) During lash services, use the Elleebana Lash Bath method to rinse the tint and adhesive from the shields.

2) Clean them with an antibacterial solution and warm water to remove adhesives, balms, and lotions.

3) Sanitize with High-Level Disinfectant (HLD), followed by an alcohol swab or antibacterial spray.

4) Rinse again with water and use an autoclave for sterilization—just avoid soaking them for prolonged periods.
