It features the first ever brow tint with a neutral pH, thereby protecting the hairs from damage and preventing skin dryness. The system does not contain ammonia or ethanolamine, protects against UV rays, and produces high tinting speed and long lasting colour.

The Colour Remover by Elan is an advanced formula that is carefully developed to efficiently remove excess tint from the skin, as well as for correcting the skin colour intensity during the eyebrow tinting procedure. This product facilitates soft blending of the eyebrow starting points in order to achieve the perfect gradient or ombre effect. It is also effective at correcting the colour intensity of the skin to make the eyebrows appear more natural, if desired. The remover contains the special ingredient- a neutralizer, which covers up the alcohol base odor to prevent an unpleasant scent during application. The colour remover can be used to remove Elan Smart Brow Tinting Systems Deep Brow Tints and Colour Booster tints, however, it is versatile enough to be used with other eyebrow tint brands.

HOW TO USE

Apply the product with a cotton bud or a cotton pad on the desired eyebrow areas in order to remove the pigment excess or soften the eyebrow shape using the blending technique.
