It features the first ever brow tint with a neutral pH, thereby protecting the hairs from damage and preventing skin dryness. The system does not contain ammonia or ethanolamine, protects against UV rays, and produces high tinting speed and long lasting colour. 

The Oxidizing Emulsion 3% by Elan is specially designed for mixing with the Elan Smart Brow Tinting System Deep Brow Tint and The Colour Booster. The distinct formulation and smooth, creamy texture of the emulsion guarantees flawless results each time. The emulsifying agents protect the hair during the tinting procedure. The pH of the ready to use tinting mixture is 7.

The oxidizing emulsion does not change the colour temperature like in the gel tints. due to this the the tint to oxidizder ratio will always be 1:1.

*One bottle of the oxidizing emulsion is sufficient for one tube of Elan Deep Brow Tint.

1) Start by using the Elan Cleansing Detox-Mousse to prepare the skin and hair.

2) Define the eyebrow shape with the Elan Powder Eyebrow Pencil.

3) Mix the tint and color booster with the oxidant emulsion 3% in the ratio of 1:1 in the measuring cup or tint bowl (non-metallic bowl). Spread evenly on the eyebrows using the applicator. 

4) Use Eyebrow Tint Colour Boosters 06 Indigo or 07 Orange by ELAN professional line according to the mixing scheme in order to add more depth and intensity to the eyebrow tint basic colour palette or to create a new shade: Eyebrow Tint (49 %) + Oxidizing Emulsion (49 %) + Colour Booster (2 %) = Tinting Mixture (100 %).

5) Apply the tinting mixture on the eyebrows according to the preliminary defined shape. Leave it to develop for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow colour intensity. Then remove the tint completely with a cotton pad moistened with water. If the tinting mixture appeared to be out of the desired eyebrow shape, moisten a cotton bud with the Elan Skin Colour Remover and remove the excess of the tint.

6) Check the color and if it is desired, remove the tint completely with water to stop the chemical reaction. If needed, gently remove the excess tint around the eyebrows using the Elan Skin Color Remover.

7) Finish the procedure by applying the Elan Colour Fix to seal and secure the tint.
