Brow D-Color 2.0 Tint Removing System by Elan 

 

Remove unwanted tint results and provide a stronger skin stain with the help of Elan's Tint Removal System! 

PLEASE NOTE: You must use both Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in the ratio of 1:1 only. Neither of the emulsions can be replaced by another product. The emulsions CANNOT be used separately.

Specially created for professional eyebrow artists, the D-Color Tint Removing System by Elan, provides a solution for over tinting eyebrow hairs too dark during the tinting procedure. This expert system allows for efficient removal of the most intensive and dark synthetic dye accumulated in the eyebrow hair, while ensuring the integrity of the natural hair pigment.

 

It can be used for the partial colour correction as well as for complete colour correction. The expert system is developed to effectively remove dark artificial pigments accumulated in the eyebrow hairs. Designed for brow artists to address the issue of over-darkening of eyebrow hair during tinting.

Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 do not contain ammonia and persulfates.

HOW TO USE 

Analyze the Eyebrow Hair Condition

Specify the processing time and scheme for applying the emulsions according to the analysis of the synthetic dye amount, accumulated in the eyebrow hairs, and the desired eyebrow shade.

For complete colour removal: In order to remove completely the accumulated synthetic dye from the eyebrow hairs and the skin, use Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in the ratio 1:1. The processing time is 5–15 minutes.

For colour correction: In order to remove the accumulated synthetic dye only from the eyebrow hairs and preserve the colour on the skin, apply the Elan Argan Oil Skin Protector on the skin around the eyebrows. Use the Elan Professional Brush #1.

Colour correction to create cool undertone: Use the Elan Oxidizing Emulsion 2%, when the second stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. The processing time is 3–5 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the excess of the oxidizing emulsion with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

Colour correction to create warm undertone: DO NOT use the Elan Oxidizing Emulsion 2%, when the the second stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. Proceed to the third stage of the procedure.

Steps: 

1) Mix Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 in the ratio 1:1 in a non-metallic bowl and apply the mixture with a brush on the eyebrows. The processing time is 5–15 minutes (depending on the eyebrow hair condition and the desired eyebrow shade).

2) When the processing time is finished, apply the Elan Cleansing Detox-Mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.

NOTE: Check the eyebrow hair colour. If the eyebrow hair colour is not desired, apply the freshly-prepared mixture on the eyebrows and leave it to develop for 2–5 minutes.

3) It is recommended to use Elan Colour Fix Setting Fluid for best results. The product does not require rinsing off.

*It is not recommended to perform the henna eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure.
