The Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder by Elan was developed to bleach the natural pigment of the eyebrow hairs, while minimizing the potential risk of undesired yellow tones.

Due to the presence of unique complexes and carbon pigments in the composition, the product fully protects the hair structure of the eyebrows, and reduces the potential risk of the undesired yellow tone in the bleached hairs. It is enriched with a conditioning liquidum complex, which ensures maximum protection and care for the eyebrow hairs during the bleaching procedure, and provides the bleaching mixture with elasticity for a more comfortable application.

HOW TO USE 

Light Technique- eyebrow hair bleaching up to 1-2 colour levels (without eyebrow tinting)

1. Mix Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with the Elan Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in the ratio 1:3 (one part of the powder and three parts of the oxidizing emulsion).
2. As the first step of the procedure, apply the bleaching mixture to the thicker hairs. As the second step spread the bleaching mixture on the eyebrows using a make-up brush. The processing time is 1-3 minutes (depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness).
3. If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad, moistened with water. Repeat the procedure in order to make the eyebrow shade lighter.
4. Apply Elan Detox Mousse to the eyebrows to stop the dyeing process. Then remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
5. It is highly recommended to use Elan Colour Fix as a leave-in care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure. 

Note: In case of repeating the eyebrow bleaching procedure, apply the bleaching mixture on the deep eyebrow hair roots only using a thin make-up brush Blackwood 1. 

Intense Technique- eyebrow hair bleaching up to 3-5 colour levels

1. Mix Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with the Elan Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in the ratio 1:2 (one part of the powder and two parts of the oxidizing emulsion).
2. As the first step of the procedure, apply the bleaching mixture to the thicker hairs. As the second step spread the bleaching mixture on the eyebrows using a make-up brush. The processing time is 5-15 minutes (depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness).
3. If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad, moistened with water. Repeat the procedure in order to make the eyebrow shade lighter.
4. Apply Elan Detox Mousse to the eyebrows to stop the dyeing process. Then remove foam with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
5. It is highly recommended to use Elan Colour Fix as a leave-in care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.

Use Elan Eyebrow Gel Tint with oxidant 03 Medium Brown according to the instruction in order to add more intensity to the eyebrow hair colour after the bleaching procedure:

1. Mix the gel tint, the oxidant and the argan oil cream in the ratio 1:1:4 (one part of the gel tint, one part of the oxidant and four parts of the argan oil cream). 
2. Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows. The processing time is 1-2 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the tint completely with a cotton pad, moistened with water.
3. Use Elan Colour Fix for the better results.

Note: It is not recommended to perform the traditional eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow bleaching procedure. In case of using the eyebrow tint and the oxidant in the ratio 1:1, the eyebrow hairs will become black!
