The Milk Cream Developer 3% by Bronsun is an expertly crafted oxidant, formulated to deliver the most dependable results when used with Bronsun's Lash and Brow Dye Tints.

The Milk Developer is to be used only with Bronsun Gel Tints and Bronsun Cream Dye, in the ratio of 1:1.

HOW TO USE
For Eyelashes:
1) After cleansing the eyelashes, mix a 1:1 ratio of the gel tint and Bronsun Milk Cream Developer 3% into a tint bowl. Mix the solution with the FLEX Beauty 103 Long Pointed Brush to form a smooth and creamy consistency. It must be left to sit for 2 minutes before application to allow the dye and developer to begin reacting with each other – this will help you achieve a better colour result.
2) Apply solution onto lash line with brush, and proceed with eyelash tinting procedure.
Processing times: 10-15 minutes
For Eyebrows:
1) Prime and cleanse the eyebrows with a makeup remover such as the Amica Lashes Toner Veil.
2) Optional: Exfoliate the brows with the Nikk Mole Eyebrow Scrub Glossy Gold.
3) Shampoo the brows with the Bronsun Eyebrow Shampoo in a circular motion for 30 seconds. Wipe the eyebrow area with a wet cotton pad, and allow brows to fully dry.
4) Mix a 1:1 ratio of the gel tint and Bronsun Milk Cream Developer 3% into a tint bowl. Mix together to form a smooth and creamy consistency with desired tool of choice. It must be left to sit for 2 minutes before application to allow the dye and developer to begin reacting with each other – this will help you achieve a better colour result.
5) Apply the tint along the eyebrows using the FLEX Beauty 101 Angled Brush, and continue with the eyebrow tinting procedure.
6) After completely removing the gel tint, apply the Bronsun Eyebrow Fixing Lotion to prolong tinting results and do not wash off.
You may also want to purchase the Bronsun Dye Remover with this product in order to help you achieve an Ombre look with your tinted brows, or you can use a lighter color in the front.
