EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to assist you. Please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order. The Beauty House cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The Beauty House reserves the right to decline return or/and refund.
Please note, returns are at the expense of the customer. We sadly do not provide free returns at this time.
Returns due to Customer Error: If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, new or not collecting in a timely manner, shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected.
Please be advised that all cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
