Long Wear Eyebrow Gel - BACK IN STOCK FALL 2023

Elan long-wear clear eyebrow gel is for all hair colors and will set, define, and hold brows in place all day. Can be used alone or on the top of eyebrow pencils, pomades and powder.

How to use

Apply after Powder Eyebrow Pencil or directly to natural brows. Withdraw wand from case and wipe excess product from around the base of the brush. Apply gel in short upward strokes in direction of hair growth.
