This luxurious eye contour instantly minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkle and illuminates the eye area due to the Diamond Powder. These particles settle in the wrinkles and subtly illuminate with a blue glow by converting UV light to blue light
(photoluminescence), scattering favorable blue and green light that decreases the appearance of wrinkles.
