The White Outlining Pencil by Elleebana is the perfect tool for outlining the eyebrow shape before PMU or lip procedures.
The White Liner Pencil by Elleebana provides a smooth and precise application to easily draw on the outline of the brow shape before permanent make up or microblading procedures. This pencil will help you to map out the perfect shape of your client's eyebrows with the fine tip that can be sharpened to your desired thickness. The soft pencil texture will easily glide on skin texture, providing a rich yet subtle pigment.

Wholesale & Distribution Shipping: Shipping fees will vary depending on the size of the package and the destination country. Unfortunately, our free shipping minimum does not apply to wholesale orders. The shipping fee will be quoted on top.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email shop@thebeautyhouse.ca and we would be happy to assist you. Please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order. The Beauty House Shop cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations. Shipping charges are not refundable.
